PTB Experiments Tab

The Experiments tab of the Psych Toolbar GUI allows the user to launch apps to quickly load, edit and save variables related to specific pre-programmed experiments. The variables controlled by each app in the Settings tab are saved to a unique field of the Params object, as listed in the table below. Click on the icon or name of each experiment GUI to view its documentation, or click on the output structure to see the list of fields within each experiment’s output structure.

Icon	Setting GUI	Output Structure	Brief Description
	Image	Params.Image	Set parameters for image presentation experiments, including the paths of the images to be presented.
	Movie	Params.Movie	Set parameters for movie presentation experiments, including the paths of the movies to be presented.
	Visuotopy	Params.Visuotopy	Set parameters for visuotopic or retinorotpic mapping (fMRI) experiments using either classic or population receptive field stimuli.
	Saccade map	Params.Saccade	Set parameters for saccade mapping experiments using visually or memory-guided saccades.
	Auditory	Params.Audio	Set parameters for auditory stimulus presentation experiments.
